"Goemeneanz Health Safety Environment Services" will contribute to Environmental issues by taking initiatives for Environmental Impact Assessment in alignment with Environmental Protection Act with respect to the Regional, National and International Regulations.

GHSE mission for National Environmental Conservation and Protection Services.
"Goemeneanz Health Safety Environment Services" intends to work closely with “United Nations Environmental Program” for Environmental Impact Assessment, Project Approvals and Decision Making. It aims to predict environmental impacts at an early stage in project planning and design, find ways and means to reduce adverse impacts, shape projects to suit the local environment and present the predictions and options to decision-makers.

Importance of Environmental Impact Assessment:

• EIA links environment with development for environmentally safe and sustainable development.
• EIA provides a cost effective method to eliminate or minimize the adverse impact of developmental projects.
• EIA enables the decision makers to analyze the effect of developmental activities on the environment well before the developmental project is implemented.
• EIA encourages the adaptation of mitigation strategies in the developmental plan.
• EIA makes sure that the developmental plan is environmentally sound and within the limits of the capacity of assimilation and regeneration of the ecosystem.

Clean Rivers It is vital that our rivers stay clean, green and free from lethal and toxic Environmental pollutants which will endanger aquatic life, soil beds and river banks which in turn will create threat to human life and vegetation by indirectly contaminating the soil and entering the food chain.
